If you are the teacher of English Language Learners, there are MANY laws for which you are responsible.  Don't think that it's solely up to the ESL teacher to make sure these laws are being followed.  If your school's ESL program is investigated, ALL teachers of ESL students will be expected to know and follow all applicable laws.  Click on the links below for more information.
